Arthritis Kids South Africa is a registered non-profit company (NPC) in terms of The Non-profit Organisations Act, 71 of 1997 and is in addition regulated and governed by the Companies Act, 71 of 2008. Arthritis Kids South Africa is also a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) registered with the South African Revenue Services and duly authorised to issue section 18A Tax certificates.
